Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans around virtual and in-person events to drive leads into our sales funnel.
Establish and maintain relationships with key partners, managing these channels to optimize sales and profit.
Collaborate with our sales team to ensure a consistent and efficient lead generation process.
Keep updated on the latest ecommerce industry trends and technologies, using this knowledge to identify opportunities for growth.
Develop and maintain deep understanding of partner platforms and systems.
Plan, coordinate and implement partner marketing initiatives such as webinars, newsletters, and partner enablement activities.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that partner-related initiatives align with company strategy and goals.
Track and report on partner performance, developing insights and making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the ecommerce industry.
Proven track record in front-of-house sales and marketing, particularly within the context of ecommerce.
Experience in managing channel partnerships, with a strong understanding of the inner workings of such relationships.
Solid knowledge of ecommerce technology platforms.
Strong knowledge of industry trends.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
